Jacqueline B. Doherty has tried and won several complex jury trials and appellate court arguments and leads all aspects of trial and appellate work, specializing in the defense of physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice actions and before state regulatory and medical boards.
Jacqueline received her J.D. from Boston College Law School. While in law school, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable Spencer M. Kagan (Ret.) at the Middlesex Probate and Family Court in Cambridge, Massachusetts and clerked for Sloane and Walsh, LLP and Esdaile, Barrett, Jacobs & Mone, both of Boston, Massachusetts. She was a Regional Finalist in the 2014 European Law Moot Court Competition at the University of Minho in Braga, Portugal and a Semifinalist in the 2013 Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition at Boston College Law School in Newton, Massachusetts.
Jacqueline received her B.A. in English from Tufts University where she was a member of the Varsity Sailing Team and wrote for The Tufts Daily. She also studied at the University of Alicante in San Vicente, Spain.
